What he is trying to say is that if you think something is wrong or someone is doing the wrong to a other person stand up for yourself or the other person. Also never to let people tell you what to do if yo don't want to do the thing they want you to do. Never let yourself be pushed around by other people or someone else. Also even tho you are the only one willing to stand up for anyone don't let yourself down for doing that when no one follows you stand up and help others because it is the right thing to do. Even tho it is easy being in the crowd than standing up from the crowd fight for you courage and others so they can do the right thing later on in life to someone else.
