Mind, and Character
"Off all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, And above all the CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation."
What I think that he is trying to say is that with all the hard work you give to your country there is no doubt that you will fail your country. Even if it is just helping the people around you it still means you care about them and you country. When you help others that are in need you have a great character. When you help someone with something that they cant do its great for you body and mind. But when you do the opposite you are choosing not to help you self or the person that needs help or you own very own country.
