-Record patients health history

-Recommend diagnostic treatments

-Conduct clinical research

-Evaluate patients to determine if they are eligible 

for cosmetic procedures

-Provide therapy

-Prescribe treatments

-Perform skin surgery

-Diagnose and treat skin conditions

Educational Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree

-4 year medical school

-Internship

-Certification Exam

Reflection:  I would not like to become a Dermatologist.  

I would not like to become one because of the educational requirements. 

It  takes  very  much time.
